The Fourth Milling Company was established because of the privatization of the Public Authority for Food Security in 2017.

It is one of the leading milling companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specializing in the production of flour and its derivatives, high-quality animal feed, and bran.

The company operates three major factories located in vital regions, including the Central Region, the Eastern Region, and the Medina Region, covering approximately 80% of the Kingdom's population, we daily mill 3,150 tons of wheat grains and produce 450 tons of animal feed.

Our largest factory is located in Dammam, inside King Abdulaziz Port. Additionally, there is a factory in Al-Kharj to serve our customers in the Central and Northern regions, while our Medina factory caters to clients in the Western and Southern regions, particularly the visitors of the Two Holy Mosques, through the company's participation in the annual Hajj and Umrah preparations.

The Fourth Milling Company collaborates with a diverse range of business clients, including factories, commercial bakeries, restaurants, catering companies, as well as wholesale customers, modern and traditional trade clients, farms, feed distributors, and retail customers. The company plays a crucial role in achieving food security at the national level.

Furthermore, the company owns the largest and most well-known brand (FOOM) for household packaging in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
